Tropical Cyclone Ann



Tropical Cyclone Ann, formed in the Coral Sea on 12 May 2019. Ann quickly developed into a category 2 Tropical Cyclone while moving westward towards the north-east coast of Queensland. TC Ann moved towards the north Queensland coast before deteriorating to a tropical low pressure system on 15 May 2019. TC Ann developed very late in the season, in May, this is the first May cyclone in the Coral Sea for many years.
